ZigStar Stick Update

• Designed a new PCB for people who dont have 3D Printer or possibility to print case for their stick,is using VG-S48 /AK-N-12 .

• AutoBSL was included and is working out of the box with JelmerT's serial bootload tool
  

• Updated documentation with precompiled .exe file cc2538-bsl.exe and added instructions to use it.
